Our customers include freelance or self-employed technicians who needed the opportunity to work with different companies on the basis of temporary employment.
We also offer companies that only want to work with salaried employees who are impeccable under social security law, a lean solution, without additional organizational effort, compared to commissioning solo self-employed.
For staff and freelance, self-employed technicians
Since the decision of the German event industry to only work with salaried staff in the future, many freelance, self-employed technicians are faced with the problem that they can no longer serve long-term clients.
A job with every client is expensive and increases the administrative effort enormously. It also raises many questions on topics such as wage tax, unemployment insurance, illness, etc. Here ShowPay, as an approved temporary employment agency, offers a practicable solution.
As usual, the technician negotiates the conditions for his order with the client. ShowPay helps him to find the right conditions including all social security contributions, taxes and other costs and hires the technician accordingly.
After the service has been completed, ShowPay will send the technician’s customer a completely normal invoice. The technician receives his monthly pay slip with all assignments at his customers.
For clients, technology service providers
The risk of working with individual, independent technicians is simply too great. Nonetheless, in a volatile industry, flexible solutions are required to temporarily fall back on skilled workers.
ShowPay offers technology service providers the opportunity to work with all of their long-term freelance technicians in the future without any additional administrative effort.
Client and technician negotiate the conditions as usual and coordinate all project details. The technical service manager then instructs ShowPay to employ the technician and make it available for the desired period of time.
For this purpose, a general framework agreement for temporary employment is concluded between the technical service provider and ShowPay. Technicians and clients receive an order confirmation for the agreed project.
After completion of the project, the technology service provider receives a normal invoice, as before from the technician.
